Helmets are compulsory on all club rides. No tri bars on club group rides.

A full rear mudguard is required on all club rides from 1st October until 1st April. *Subject to change based on weather

SOCIAL RIDE

Distance: 35-45miles with café stop
Pace: Social Ride circa 14-16mph

This ride is a non-drop ride so pace can vary, ideal for new members

CLUB RIDES

Meet 9:00am | Depart: 9:15am
Meet Point: Market Square, Bishop’s Stortford

Group 1
Distance: 50-80miles with café stop
Pace: 17-19mph

Group 2
Distance: 40-50miles with café stop
Pace: 14-16mph

Group 3
Distance: 40miles with café stop
Pace: 13mph

TRAINING RIDE

Meet 7:50am | Depart: 8:00am
Meet Point: Market Square, Bishop’s Stortford
Distance: 35-40miles / 2 hours
Pace: 18-20mph

Non-stop ride 2 hours. Focused effort, smooth rotations sharing the workload on the front of the group. Finish at Terrace Park Cafe for a coffee.

OFF ROAD

Meet: 6:00pm | Depart: 6:10pm
Meet Point: Bishop’s Stortford Rugby Club

Distance: 30miles
Pace: Brisk 12mph+ (remember these are off-road speeds!)

These rides run during spring / summer evenings, remember your lights!
